Welcome to the first edition of Founder Fridays.
Every Friday, we're pulling back the curtain on what it actually looks like for three brothers to build an apparel brand on the values of Faith, Family, and Freedom. Some weeks that will be a lesson we learned the hard way. Other weeks it will be a look at what we're working on before anyone else sees it.
Still Here Six Years Later
September 12th will mark six years of Raised On It. There have been plenty of wins in that stretch, and plenty of losses. Products that missed, seasons that tested us, and lessons that only showed up after the mistake was already made.
But when I step back, the thing I'm most proud of as a business owner is simple: we're still here. A lot of brands don't get a sixth year. We're still dropping new designs, still growing this community, and still standing up for the values, traditions, and pastimes we were raised on. None of that happens without you.
Why a Weekly Newsletter
I heard a quote recently that stuck with me. It went something like this: you are the most qualified person to help your past self.
Six years ago I was trying to figure all of this out with no roadmap. That younger version of me made every mistake in the book, and a few that were not in any book. This newsletter is for him, and for anybody else out there building something of their own.
Each week I'll share what we're learning as we learn it. How we think about products, pricing, community, and keeping a brand alive without selling out the things it stands for. If you've ever thought about starting something, or you just want to know the people behind the shirts in your closet, this is for you.
What's New at Raised On It
Anyways, enough reflection. Got a few things for you this week.
The New Website Is Live
More than a few of you told us the old site was hard to navigate on a phone, and browsing products took more patience than it should. You were right.
The new site is live right here at raisedonit.com, rebuilt with your phone in mind since that's where most of you shop. Take a look around, and if something feels off, tell us. Your feedback is what got us here in the first place.
A Straight Answer on Pricing
Like a lot of small businesses, we've watched costs climb on manufacturing, shipping, and nearly everything else involved in getting a shirt or hat from our press to your door.
That left us with two choices: raise prices or cut quality. We didn't want to do either one, so we found a third option.
Build Your Own Bundle
Here's how it works. The price of a single shirt or hat is now $38. But everything in our Mix & Match collection can be bundled, and the more you pick, the lower the price on each one:
| You pick | Price each | The extras |
|---|---|---|
| Any 1 shirt or hat | $38 | |
| Any 2 | $34 | Free sticker pack |
| Any 3 or more | $32 | Free sticker pack, plus free shipping |
| Any 5 or more | $32 | All of the above, plus a free gift I'll pack in the box myself |
Three items at $32 instead of $38 puts $18 back in your pocket, and $32 is the lowest price we've offered to date.

That's a Wrap on No. 1
That covers the first Founder Fridays roundup. If you have questions about the new site, the new pricing, or anything else, reach out. I'd love to hear from you.
Have a great weekend, y'all. Talk soon.
